The basement 3 has a 2-minute access via car park to the Great World Shopping mall.  You can shop and cart your groceries via this basement car park, without having to bother taking the taxi or driving. Or even crossing the roads.  Your kids can just go safely to the McDonald's via this basement car park.

Advantages:

1.  Bigger 2-bedroom units unlike other serviced apartments.  However, only a handful has a terrace (balcony).  

2.  Full condo facilities including a 42-metre pool and basketball court. 

3.  A 2-minute walk via the basement car park to the Great World Shopping Centre and cinemas.  There is a big food court with over 20 outlets, McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, other restaurants.  

4.  A 3-minute taxi ride to Orchard Road or Shenton Way.
