1.23  Alocassia Apartments. At Bukit Timah Road/Stevens Road area. A 5-min bus-ride to Orchard Road/Scotts Road. Suits Singapore Management University professors or those who want privacy and be away from crowds at Orchard Road. 

1.24  21 Balmoral Road 3+1 2100 sq ft $5,000. Older development along Balmoral Road. DEMOLISHED IN 2007.

2.3 Park Avenue Residences. New. Completed in 2001. Studio, 2, 3 bedrooms and townhouses. Near Robertson Quay and heritage shophouses which are mostly pubs (left). Studio from $4,000. Townhouses from $6,000. Only lounge pool and small gym.

2.4  Park Avenue Suites
81AClemenceau Avenue near the River Valley Road junction/UE Square condos vicinity. 260 units. In 2003, there will be many more new studio units as this floor plan is in great demand. 3.2  The Concourse Executive Suites.  298 Beach Road
87 units. 10-minute walk to Bugis subway and 5-minute bus ride to Suntec City.

3.3  Plaza Pacific Serviced Apartments. 7500A Beach Road
90 units. Some units may have window-mounted instead of the modern split unit air conditioners. Communal laundry. Great city views from high floors.

4.  NEARER SCIENCE PARK, UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE, UNITED WORLD COLLEGE & INSEAD

4.1  Redwood West Condominium with maid services.  A countryside resort with lush landscaping and very unique high ceilings in the apartments.  Extremely popular with students and lecturers. If you want us to book for you for less than 3 months, you will need to pay a fee of $200 for individuals and $1,000 for a big group of 20-30 people as the Landlord does not pay us any commission.  No tennis courts.

4.2  Ginza Plaza 3 bedrooms 1280 sq ft $3,800 fully furnished without maid's service. Additional fees for  maid's service.

5.  NEARER CANADIAN OR DUTCH SCHOOL at Bukit Timah Road/Sixth Avenue/Clementi Road neighbourhood.

5.1 The Wilby Residence, near to German & Dutch Schools, Bukit Timah Road.  

6.   EAST SINGAPORE

APARTMENT HUNTING OR BOOKING SERVICES

Our asiahomes.com realtors provide:

1.1  a serviced apartment booking for expatriates overseas or relocating to Singapore, finding short leases at the last minute.  A fee of S$100 may or may not be chargeable for leases less than 30 days or if there is much paperwork and running around. However we will inform you upfront if fees are payable.   

This fee of S$100 will help us to pay for the co-ordinator's time, transport, trunk phone calls and sending paperwork to the Tenant.

1.2  a free serviced apartment booking for the human resource managers or secretaries who have better things to do rather than doing the running around getting contracts collected, signed and returned.

1.3   S$100/hour viewing service of various serviced apartments for expatriates with car provided and pick up at hotel. Estimated fees total around $300 for a half-day tour.   

PENTHOUSES WITH MAID'S SERVICES
1.4  Expats may like penthouses with maid services as the rentals include such services and they have to bother with a live-in maid since they travel regionally most of the time.

5. HDB flats. We do NOT provide a service to rent HDB rooms but we do rent out approved HDB flats.
