Basically, the studios don't have bedroom doors.
The 2-bedroom units with either one bathroom or two bathrooms
(master bedroom has its own attached bath). The floor
area will be bigger if there is only one bathroom. The
kitchen can be either an open concept at the side of the
living and dining area or has a door. The Premier units
are larger in floor areas than the Deluxe units.
No children's pool or sprawling grounds. No free shuttle
buses.
All light brown marble tiles in the flooring of the living and
dining areas and also the bathroom walls.
TV with cable vision but no wireless internet. $100 per month
for unlimited access.

Regency
House is an upscale serviced apartments. The clientele is
mainly younger single professionals with no small children.
The Plaza Singapura supermarket with its American-theme,
retail shops, cinemas and the Dhoby Ghaut subway is just a
4-min walk away. Orchard Road's famous Centrepoint shopping
mall and other attractions are a 6-10 minute walk away,
towards the Somerset subway.
There is no tennis court, big gym or children's pool.
The exercise room (small gym) has 2 pieces of equipment and is
next to the pool.
