This page is meant for busy expatriates or secretaries who are overseas or unable to make bookings. Asiahomes.com agents book for them and do NOT charge them fees unless stated. In cases where administrative fees of S$300 are chargeable, we will inform you before you book. 

As at August 2007, here is the list of some serviced apartment and rates. These serviced apartments have full facilities (swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, and barbecue pits). Housekeeping service 3 times a week (except public holidays).

As from July 2007, in general, there are NO more serviced apartments of high quality, renting below S$4,000 - $7,000 per month for a one bedroom.
